These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Odoki website at https://odoki.com and the Odoki Method app (together, the “Services”), provided by Odoki Ltd (“Odoki”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16669734), whose registered office is at Building 2a Site D Kemble Airport, Kemble, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 6BA.
By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services
Odoki provides access to the Odoki Method, including guided sessions with trained guides, self-guided materials, questionnaires, and an optional AI-assisted chatbot (“Kiri”).
What the Services are not
The Services are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and our guides do not act as clinicians within the Services. Some guides may hold clinical qualifications or training outside of Odoki, but this is neither required nor guaranteed, and any sessions you book are Odoki Method sessions, not clinical treatment. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- The Services are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.
Bookings and cancellations
- Sessions with guides are booked through the Services. Availability is not guaranteed.
- Please give as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a booked session. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to booking.
- We may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel a session; where possible we will notify you via the email address registered to your account.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (including magic links sent to your email) confidential.
- You must provide an accurate email address. One person per account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used abusively.
Payments and donations
- Payments and donations are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass, or abuse others
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or other users’ accounts
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Services without permission
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
Intellectual property
All content in the Services — including the Odoki Method materials, text, audio, and branding — is copyright Odoki Ltd 2026 or its licensors. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial practice only.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and why.
Liability
- The Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or £100 if you have made no payments).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page; continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
